Are these official resellers of OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google?
No — all 5 (apinet.cloud, aitunnel.ru, routerai.ru, proxyapi.ru, provod.ai) are independent, unaffiliated API gateways/proxies. They provide an OpenAI-compatible way to reach the underlying models, but none of them is the model vendor itself.
Does this account for discounted tiers, promotions, or bulk pricing?
No — every gateway is estimated at its standard, lowest published tier rate (e.g. apinet.cloud's "default" tier, not "vip"/"svip"). Promotional pricing, volume discounts, and minimum top-up requirements are intentionally not modeled, to keep the comparison consistent.
